GARAGE MAINTENANCE
Through on-going maintenance, Transportation & Parking Services strives to maintain safe and clean parking facilities. Every attempt is made to provide access to all garages year-round. Some maintenance projects require that areas in the garage be restricted to ensure vehicular and pedestrian safety. Customers will be notified of impending maintenance by signs posted at the entrance and flyers placed on vehicles.
MOTORCYCLES
Motorcycles are not permitted to park in most garages due to the limitations of the parking gates. Only two garages have separate entrances for motorcycles and they are the Hospitals and Neil Ave. Garages. Motorcycle parking areas are located in convenient locations around campus.
VEHICLE STORAGE
Due to the limited parking on campus, vehicles may not be parked for an extended time (defined as more than 72 hours in one location/space - unless otherwise posted) on central campus. An exception to this rule is provided for vehicles displaying a “CP” permit for resident hall parking and that are parked in a designated “CP” surface parking space. Anyone who would like to leave a car parked on campus for an extended period of time must contact Transportation & Parking Services. We have limited availability on the West Campus and can make necessary arrangements.

GARAGE HOURLY FEES
If the purchased permit/keycard is not available at the time of entry or exit, the hourly fee must be paid, regardless of permit type.
Hourly fees are posted at the garage entrances and exits and are available on our web site.
When an attendant is not on duty, each garage is equipped with a pay machine at the exit to collect the hourly fee.
On occasion, a customer may not have sufficient funds to exit a pay facility. Arrangements are available to allow the fee to be sent in on the first occurrence. Subsequent attempts to exit a pay facility without paying will be subject to fines and loss of campus parking privileges.
