2008 SUMMER PARKING INFORMATION & IMPORTANT DATES
Summer Parking is defined as Friday, June 6, 2008 - Sunday, August 31, 2008

Parking rules are enforced during the summer.

  • A and B parking continues to be restricted for A or B permits M-F from 5am-4pm.

  • After 4pm, rules are relaxed to allow any purchased OSU permit to park in any non restricted A, B or C surface parking space.

  • Because the Med Center Express Service will run throughout summer quarter, CX and CXC permits are required to park in CX parking M-F from 5am - 4pm.

Some parking rules are relaxed during summer due to lower levels of CABS services and fewer demands for C parking spaces.

  • Remote WA and WB permits are allowed to park on central campus in any C space between the hours of 5am-3am
  • Students living in the residence halls during summer quarter may park overnight in any C or CP parking space with a C parking permit (students with a WC or WC5 can exchange their permit for a C after June 6)
  • Please note: The Arps, Neil Ave, and 11th Ave. Garage will be available for hourly parking beginning Monday, June 9th, 2008 through the end of summer quarter.

Upgrade Your Permit For Summer Quarter!
Staff, and students (regardless of rank) may upgrade their permits beginning Friday, June 6th. To upgrade, customers need to bring their current parking permit back to 160 Bevis Hall, complete a new application card, and pay the difference in price between their current permit and their upgraded parking permit.

    Staff:
    Garage Locations include:

  • BE - All garages except Hospitals and 12th Ave. Garages (4pm - 3am)
  • Vehicles may not be stored in the garages overnight from 3am - 5am.

    Students:
There will be no student garage permit sales for summer quarter due to the significant number of summer construction projects that will limit parking availability. Students (all ranks) with a WC, WC5 or CXC permit may upgrade to a C permit for the summer.
